Thumbs up Comp. Amp Question... DB6500

Which amp would be the best for my Polk DB6500 (100 RMS)?

The 3002 runs 75 RMS X 2 (The birth sheet says 107 RMS per chan)

The EA2K runs 60 RMS X 2 (No birth sheet)

Thanks for the help!!!

Also, will either of these amps fit above the gas tank?

(I know the JL 300/4 will and it's roughly 9x13 I believe)

Thanks!!!

Hey 300/4 with a sub is perfect for the speaker or a 300/2. I have the 300/4 setup now. And it sounds good. It could fit in the gas tank. Why don't you put it in the spare tire.

In the spare or take out the spare? The Amps are roughly 10x10 and or 11x11.

Take spare out and put a amp rack there. It fits right in. If you want a template I could get you one. I post some pix out if you want.

On the flat rack you just put the board where the fuel tank is so you can still have the spare tire.
