I went back to the installer shop last night. They had me straightened out in about 30 mins or so. They missed the other acc. wire because of the way things were split out between the key and the button. Good guys though, seems like their business was picking up and they had hired another installer. They were pretty newly opened when I was there before. so it went well all in all, and now it all works the way I want it to.

So thanks again for the help guys,

I sell Compustar and Im not a fan. Mocky, DEI just came out with a neutral safety interface for manual trans cars that can be used with any Clifford/Viper systems.
What's up Jackson...
How is my favorite super-spa owner doing?

Thanks for the heads up.. Much appreciated as always... I'll have to hit you up next time I'm back home.

I haven't seen many DEI installs yet... I have a few friends (Evo owners) that have the Compustar and I've been pretty impressed... I think the only gripe I would have is the inability to not change the turbo timer time.. (I think it's set for 30 seconds and not any less)... I'm N/A..I don't need a turbo timer...

It's past April..... Jake..

Still don't plan to really use the remote start but would use it if the option was there sometimes.. just need to figure out which route to go. DEI or Compustar....

Pete...good read... I definitely leave the car in gear AND e-brake the majority of the time (especially if the road I park on is not flat). I'm just looking at having the option on some occasions... Keep in mind, from what I understand, with the Compustar, unless I follow the sequence to engage the remote start (one, which is to leave the car in neutral), the remote start won't work...... I think it would be an option I'd probably need (or want)

put some blocks behind it.... just get the system I told you about, i'll leave the remote start unhooked and if you change your mind later on it's there.
