Are you sure its universal?? the top of the page said VW and Audi aftermarket.

It just happens that TM tuning speacialize in Audi and VW. They're the distributor in the States from what it looks like.

I'm sure its universal. So, no one has nay experience with these?

With the music up, I sometimes try for 7th gear...


I can see just glancing at it to ensure I'm in topgear.

though, I wonder how high it sits on the shift 'stem' (no clue what it's really called).

I wondered about that also, but with our shifters so far up, I think the display should have a pretty wide viewing angle.

Temperature differences between
the shifter knob and electronics box
can cause intermittent incorrect
display.

Hmmm. Anybody wanna guess how hot it gets inside the shifter tunnel? (where the electronics box will be installed).

Between 0 Kelvin and ∞ C.

Just a guess though


For a show car, this would catch someone's eye. Daily driver, slim chance it would be useful (even with my 7th gear quest). In a track car, fugettaboutit.
