i think the price is fair, but i think it will be a bit difficult to get 50+ people on board though.

It seems you might be right. There's not much discussion going on here. So it may not be worth the investment to tool up and produce this.
At least we'll have something pretty cool in our project car!

if you work at plastic company, vacuum or injected molding, look into making a kit to install a double din in the dash, then approach metra, i know if there was a good looking and fitting kit and good directions people would upgrade in to a DD GPS....
