Default Dash controls?

Just installed an Alpine 7892 head unit with MB Quart PSD216 components (front) and Kenwood 3-ways (rear). Very happy with the sound quality but not so with the PACs delay. Questions...

Would the DJQube eliminate this delay problem?

Any other plug-play choices?

Being the proud new owner of DJQube dash control unit I highly recommend the unit. It is easy to install and there is no delay in control response. Also it give you more function on the mode button. I can't say enough about this great little mod. The only other choice I know about is to buy a European Alpine unit. Alpine in Europe has a dash control kit. There are some guys on this board that can talk to this option, and I believe Lucid one of our board sponsors has some of the control units.

I fitted my Alpine unit last weekend and used the Alpine adaptor KCE **** cant remeber the number off hand, but Lucid does have them on his site.

It's simple to install. Simple put the adaptor that looks like a head phone adaptor into the back of the unit and then connect the two cables with the lables on to the coresponding colour on the lomb.

Then test the unit before installing, it took a couple of goes to get the Ch button to change tracks and not mode but touch wood no problems and has made a great deal of difference to the standard speakers.

If anyone does need an alpine unit let me know, it was difficult earlier this year to get them, I'll half on the price.

Do all European Alpine head units have the remote steering wheel interface? I was going to have a buddy of mine ship me a 7893 or 7894 so I can use the alpine interface.

How much are the alpine steering wheel contol interfaces going for?

Thanks
