maybe the base coming out at an angle towards the winshield yet the screen staying straight???

 

the visor thing is cool but so many other cars do that.. i kinda want the sliding screen thing for security purposes when he car is off.. BTW its really cool to speak to people so knowledgable with this type of stuff especially with the S... thanks alot

Oh yes... I've seen this setup... but its different than what you are talking about. He removed the vents above the radio and had a screen that was motorized in their place. It was a pretty cool setup. Not sure if he's still around or not.
It was a neat setup but it wasn't near the windsheild it was right above the radio door.

I've never seen a setup in the dash though... and I've been around here for 7+ years... and I think I would have seen it here or in a mag... but maybe not.

 

right i read the thread and saw the pics but the guy mentioned that he himself saw one done coming out from the top..
