Has anyone (probably RHD) made a successful bracket to mount an in dash screen? Preferably using the existing mounting points in the dash.

And if so, can i steal your plans/blueprints/advice??

check out s4play...he did one, and he quoted me a price for the install...thing is he's in san jose, ca...so If you're in australia, dont know how that would work for you...

 

I know approx. zero about screen installs, but I know that
there was a nav system available in Japan, so I think those
of you with RHD cars have a better chance of doing it with
somewhat off-the-shelf components, i.e. there is a JDM
bezel intended to mount in a RHD dashboard.

 

yea just search the threadz, there's been many a talk about the RHD bezel and all the FAQ's about the install...jus look for S4play...he did it and he has pix too...

wow, you're a lot further along than I imagined - I certainly gave
you no useful info! Looks like other people have posted to the
Japan forum looking for similar info without luck... hope you
get some info!
