I am definitely not wiring wrong... I have rewired so many times now I am a pro. I know exactly where the IR receiver is cause the factory remote works specifically in that place on the head unit when the 2 are held together. I am thinking this head unit needs a different pin combo?

Will contact Modifry again if nobody here has had same issue. I am on my 2nd DCI cause the first one did not seem to work either.

 

My first DCI did not work for my mp-628 due to a change in the IR codes for some of the new models. I had to send Modifry my remote to score the new codes but he got it up and running. When did you get your new DCI? The new codes were only added a couple of weeks ago.

I suggest you talk to Modifry he is very helpful.
