DJqube dash control

I installed this mod about 4 years ago and don't have a copy of the instructions. Does anybody have a copy they could send me?

I just tried to PM Art about my dash controller and his PM box is full.

Anyone have any contact info?

He fixed my special dash controller mod for me over the summer, and we are having trouble reprogramming it. I think a phone call between him and my installer would make this go easy.
