When I hit the button to unlock/lock it only works about every 4th or 5th time. I have the stock alarm which pretty much won't let me use the key to open the door without going off. I figured it was the battery so I put a new one in the unit and it didn't help. Any ideas?

 

Pull the keyless entry fuse and plug it back in. There was a thread about it a while back. I dont remember which fuse it is.

I've grown very tired of pulling the fuse and putting it back in.

Seems to work for one day or 20 days.... but then back to the same old having to walk around the car hitting the lock/unlock button.....

Any suggestions of what the problem may be?

One of the door acuators, trunk actuator? (or what ever you call them black thingmajigs that stick out from the door sill and are compressed when you close the door!
