Does our car rattle with subs?
Just wondering before I put my system from my old car into the S, if rattling is a major problem. I can't stand rattles and would rather have no system than have things rattling all the time. Sometimes I get a little bit of rattling in the passenger door panel or in the back of the seat on a rough road, but it seems to come and go. I would hate for the sub to make those noises constant.
I only have about 300 WRMS feeding my sub.....so here's my .02 cents.
No, the car doesnt rattle. Its incredible for any car to be this tight, much less a verty.....
There is one rattle, the black trunk mechanism (under the trunk lid) that can be solved by zip tying it tightly (youll know what I mean when you hear the rattle) The car doesnt squeak, rattle, or buzz with a sub. Now if you had like 1000 watts pushing a 15", maybee you would, but the s2000 is a tight car....
"toyte like a tiger!"

i have a small rattle with my subs.. only when the top is up... comes from the storage area behind the seat where the top lays down.. id say some expanding foam would take care of it just got to get around to it
