Door locks and trunk button not functioning properly
What's up guys? So I picked up my friend yesterday to take him the airport and I joked about his luggage not fitting in my trunk as I pop it and it doesn't. He's trying to jam it in while I made the mistake of not handling it myself, so I get out and stop the madness. I took out the spare and got the suitcase in there easily after and it's all gravy...or so I thought. I got him to the airport and my car is fine. Trunk button works and the passenger side door also locks when I lock my driver side door when I left the airport and for the rest of the day
This morning I go out to my car and unlock it with the viper remote but I used the smaller secondary fob, not the 2-way pager one and pressed the f button before unlocking it. Why, I'm not sure. So I go to pop the trunk from the inside after I put my bag on the seat and nothing happens. I opened the trunk manually and don't see any frayed wires or anything unusual and after a few attempts I give up and get in to head out. I lock my door and all of a sudden the passenger side door won't lock at the same time. Umm ok? I unlocked it with the key fob, start and stop the engine after my trip and lock it and unlock it a few times but nothing happens when I do it from the inside.
So now my trunk button won't open the trunk from inside and the passenger door won't lock from the inside when I lock my drivers side door. The doors lock and unlock with the key fob but just not manually, it's so strange. I'm actually at honda now and they wanted $80 to diagnose it but I thought I would ask the experts here first. I don't know the viper model number off hand and haven't tried the trunk yet with the fob because I'm using the backup one and my car is getting an oil change.
Anyone know what's going on? It's strange those things happened at the same time so I'm hoping they're related and it's an easy fix. Thanks guys

A shop back home in NY but I don't think it's the alarm. Everything works fine with the remote, it just isn't responding when I do things manually.
The trunk pops with the remote, just not the button. Doors lock/unlock with remote and manually, the passenger side just won't lock when I lock the driver side door.
