Default Double den DVD in S2 dash

Where can I get this kit? I've seen some on the post your system thread. I'd like to try & do it myself also. Please point me in the right direction to fine the proper brackets & frame. Thanks in advance.

95% in that thread are custom jobs... the other 5% are on right hand drive cars with the factory option.

That said have you done anything like this before?

I've never cut into the dash before but I have fabbed my own things before. A little effort goes a long way. As for the JDM one I don't like it because it isnt entirely going the right direction. Its made for a right hand drive dash. Would it be difficult to mod it to fit? I don't have one to actually do a fitment test.

I've talked to people who have done both the JDM bezel and a custom bezel. seems like the custom job is the slightly harder but better way to go. Harder because you have to make something rather than than modify something. Better because you get a better fit. Modifying the JDM bezel involved taking heat gun to it and bending it to the right shape. (I've also seen better looking custom made bezels)

This thread has some good info.
