Default DVD Flip Screen in S2K?

Hey guys, I am in the process of looking for a S2000 to buy and I want to get a flip out DVD Monitor/CD/DVD Player and was wondering if they even fit in the S2000? When I looked at a few S2Ks, I noticed that there is not a lot of room between the stock CD player and the dash on top of it. Im thinking that the screen once flipped out, would hit the dash?
Does anyone know if this will indeed work, or if anyone has one installed on their S2000?

Thanks for the help.

haven't seen it yet, the upper dash hangs over the radio by several inches, and I don't think there is much room in front of the shifter for it to slide out

most people who put a screen in the S2k cut the dash to the right of the HVAC controls, which doesn't look good IMHO

I've seen it once, but the person removed the vents directly above the radio door, and the thing slide out diagonally. It will not fit in the standard radio spot though.

These types of screens DO NOT fit in an s2000 without cutting the dashboard. Please read the faq and have all of your questions answered. Have a good one!
