Dynamat in the doors.
Any of you guys installed dynamat in your doors. If so , did you guys remove the plastic moisture seal when installing the Dynamat or Brown bag. The moisture seal takes up a majority of the door, and I cant see how just sound deadning the parts of the door where the moisture shield is not present could have any pronounced effect on sound deadning.
I dont think it is too terribly necessary. In my last three vehicles i have removed them for dynamat and had no problems. Before I removed them, I ask my gf dad (owns a body shop that has been in business over 25 years) and he said it wasn't really necessary.

it is attached with a gooey sticky adhesive and will go right back on.
It blocks moisture AND air flow...
So do you recommend to just remove all the goop holding the plastic on, and the applying the Dynamat. The dynamat will cover the holes and act as a shield for moisture and air as well I would think. Let me know, I am planning to do the Dynamat install on Sunday.
