FM Modulator
Last night when I installed the aftermarket headunit I noticed a "FM Modulator" that was made by scosche sitting behind the HU

I didn't yank it out since it was really late
and wasn't sure what it was. It has its own power line with a fuse. It made the job harder since the space is so limited. Next time I run the amp wires, I will probably take it out.
The previous owner told me it works with an Ipod.
Just curious if anybody has one of these?

First this is my first post woo hoo so happy to help
A fm modulator takes the sound from an external source and puts it through a pre set radio channel on your headunit.
so you can pug in your ipod, tv and dvd etc
