The GPS works

I really just have to find a good grill for the center vent...
(and I messed up my paint job so it really needs to be resprayed)

The panel can be replaced with one that has two 2.5" gauges... if i get some gauges that is

no (I'm lame... )

actually I got in a wreck and the car was in the shop for two months.
And then I got a job (destroy build destroy on cartoon network - I designed the show) and we are still shooting so I'm not getting anything done in my life.

only three more weeks and I'm back to working on the car!

there are just to many cuts and mods to get the damn thing to fit

example - I had to put riv-nuts into the heater pipe so I had something to pull the piece back into its dash cutout.



that said I'm super happy with the results...

I can make a simple flat gauge plate so I can mount the gps or maybe a couple of gauges or...
here is the mockup panel.


going to think about turning the plate slightly drivers side.
this will involve some weirdness with the radio mount.
but that's where the fun is!
