Default getting "code" on radio...

I replaced my battery on Saturday, and when I started the car up my radio popped out the CD I had in it and now says the word "code" on it. It wont play or take in a CD. Anyone know whats up? Thanks.

You need to enter the code for the radio to turn it back on. I would guess you bought the car used... so you'll have to remove the radio get the serial number off the unit and go to the dealer and have them look up the code for you.

If you have all the info that came with the car then yes it should be in the manual on a radio code card... most people don't have that card when they buy a used car though... but maybe you'll be a lucky one
