How much trunk space do you have with the amp rack and the sub enclosure?

I made my own amp rack.
I made mine very similar to this guy xcept I didn't need to make it all curvy.

Just used a saw and cut straight lines.
Cost me $1 to get a longer center bolt at HomeD and $5 for the carpet.
Here is a pic before I got the DPX1851(which is smaller than the right amp I have in the pic) and carpeted the rack.
To answer your question, I have the full trunk space minus the spare tire.

forget s-pods

for your budget, I'll either focus on bass or mid/high range first if you listen to old school rock and metal most of the time.

for modern tracks, the budget might work if you just go with a 4ch amp, a component set, and a sub.
