nobody was recommending the EKS interconnects in this thread. i suggested "upgrading" to the Krystal (4M set is $17 for 2-channel and $25 4-channel) vs the Karma that comes in the pre-set amp kits, but even the Karma would be good enough. it's just not that much cheaper ($12.50 / $18.50).

I don't recommend those cables as the shields are not grounded (and thus worthless, if not even detrimental).

Here are the Alphasonik amp models:
PMZ1600DA & PMZ3002A

I also have these:
DarkKnight toolwell sub with a 10" Alphasonik subwoofer.
A set of Polk Momo component speakers.
Alpine CDA-9887 head unit.
so looking up the specs of these amps on sonicelectronix, the 1600 uses a 40A fuse and the 3002 a 20A. So you'll want an inline fuse holder containing a fuse of at least 60A:

I would run 4ga power wire from the battery to the area where you're mounting the amps, into a distribution block, and then 8ga power wire from the block to each amp. then similar for ground, you can run 2 8ga grounds out of the amps to a block, and then a 4ga to the ground point (or just stack the two 8ga grounds to a common point):

consider this for the distribution blocks:

16ga speaker wire from the amp to the crossovers for your components, then probably stick with 16ga from the crossover to the mid (assuming it fits into the crossover slots) and the tweeter will have it's own wire already, though you may need to splice extra length to reach the crossovers depending on where you mount them. and 12ga speaker wire from the other amp to the sub

4M (longer than you need, but 2M might be too short) RCA from HU to the amps. Either 2x 2-channel or 1x 4-channel depending on how far apart the connections will be for the two amps:
http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.c...%20RCA%20Kables

and then you'll need some of the misc accessories (ring termination ends for the power + ground wires, and speaker wire ends for the midrange driver, remote turn on leads, etc)

this is not an exhaustive list, i'm sure i missed something. but should cover the major items.

Thank you!! This is a good shopping list.

The prices here are...cheaper than normal? Are the prices in feet or something?

yeah, the speaker wire and power wire are priced per foot, so you only pay for what you need.
