What amps are small enough but 500 watt to power this baby up? And also on my headunit thers settings that I have no idea what to set on such as SW settings or presets as of right now its at 80HZ but u can adjust it up or down? Does anyone kno what they mean?

the SW setting on your head unit adjusts the low pass, which means that the subwoofer will only play that frequency and below. play around with the settings and see what you like. as for amps theres plenty of good class D monoblock amps out there, personally im running JL 500/1.

monoblock amps are mainly designed for subs since it only has 1 channel. generally youre looking at separate amps but there are multi channel amps that has a specific channel for powering the sub. but if i were you id probably get a 4 channel amp, use the 1st and 2nd channel to power the front speakers and the bridge the 3rd and 4th to the sub.
