Don't know about the speakers, but I'll probably just use the headunit for the Auxillary for my iPod/iPhone!

Never installed anything dealing with electrical on my s2k yet so we'll see how this goes... Crutchfield shows it to be compatible

HU should be good...speakers probably not worth much for heavy usage.

 

Not a big fan of the new Kenwood decks. Personally the only HU i would use would be the Pioneer Premier Series. Keep in mind as well: if you have an 02+ you also have tweeters, as far as i can see that package doesn't include tweeters, so your sound will still be kinda goofy.
