Have anybody tried this sub?
Not sure how you guys might think about a pair of "Butt Kickers".
Plenty small enough to fit under the seats and will give all the tactile feel of a subwoofer but of course without the sound.
Used in conjunction with a small sub might be a very good compromise.
Parts Express has the things for less than $50 a pair.

I think I found the perfect sub for under the seat.

I'll probably purchase this unit in the next couple of weeks.

keep us posted with your impressions when you get it
what about putting a small sub under the passenger floor mat (on the angled surface)? The NSX has a similar setup stock. I'm looking to get the amplified JVC, Boss, Blau, etc and am thinking of putting it there....
^ I think someone here did that already. I just don't like the idea of someone possibly damaging it by stepping on and over the sub enclosure, but all in all its really up to you. Just my .02 cents.
Will - I'm going to take your advice, at least to start with. I'm picking up a pair of Polk MOMO MMC650's for the doors. Any thoughts on a good amp to push these - and if at all possible one that would fit under the passenger seat?? They should require what - about 100 watts to each side? Would this amp push them well?

Figure I'll start from there and if I really feel the need to fill in more for some solid low end I'll see what options are then ...
