Have anybody tried this sub?
I love it. Sounds much better without the sacrifice of too much space. Given its not the full sound of a 10" but it adds the right amount of bass for my tastes.
I would say the bass is comparable to some of the stock bass 8" subs in the audi's and bmw's.
Hope that helps.

OK, I ordered the Boss yesterday, wish me luck. Definitely not stoked that it's made by Boss, lol, but hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Plus, the dimensions & the price were right.
Just want to add a little bottom to the pathetic stock system....

update: Installed the Boss sub today behind the pass seat - it is exactly what I was looking for. I run it at about 3/4 gain, max bass boost, crossover around 60 hz and my stock HU is now -4 bass and +4 treble. Sounds 10x better, and you can go much louder & cleaner on the fronts because the bass is kept out.
It literally sounds twice as loud now because of that and actually having decent bass in the cabin. Wish I had done this 2 yrs ago when I bought the car, lol. Best improvement per dollar that can be made to the system, IMO.

honestly, I wonder if this sub would be able to keep up with your system, but for the stock setup, the Boss is so cheap & easy - makes the stock system sound like it should have from the factory. I'm no longer ashamed to turn up the stereo with the top down
[QUOTE=gabster,Jan 4 2008, 08:49 AM]i'll say the same, and the Blauk THb 200A is a tad shorter on both ends i would say almost a whole inch shorter on both ends (=stick out less out of seat), yet sits a tad fatter (fattest of them all)
