Default Headlight Issues

Hey guys,

I have checked the forums and I can't really find any fixes on here,
I've recently repainted the car and I've been having issues with the driver side HID light. When you turn the car on, both headlights might work but if you switch the lights of and then on again, the driver side light doesn't turn back on.
I bought a brand new OE replacement ballast, changed the Relay, switched the bulbs (still not working with "good" bulb), changed the 20A fuse and nothing fixed it.

Please help.

Repainted? Check the grounding points on the headlight harnesses aka in the engine bay where all of those exposed wire/ring terminals mount in the front fender area. If those aren't making a good connection to bare metal you may have issues.

Thanks Kyle,
We never touched the engine bay since the car was just resprayed the same color. i forgot to mention that we checked the ground on the fusebox.

as noted above by Kyle, the grounds are in the front corners towards you. look for the holes where the harness goes into the fenders. the grounds are nearby.

also check all of the connectors for burnt/melted pins.
