sometimes when i use my dash volume switch the volume goes down when u push the volume up and visa verse. has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it, its pissing me off

Standard factory head unit or aftermarket head unit with some sort of dash control interface (Modifry DCI, PAC, DJQube, etc.)
