Help, Driver Window Auto Down Does Not Work???

it worked but after I put the top down, it stopped working again. Reprogrammed it and its okay. Then I put the top down again, it won't work again.
Better take it to the dealer. So I'm guessing that this problem won't be unusual for the dealer to see.
