Default HELP WITH KEYLESS ENTRY MOD (Reversing it)

OK. so this is the issue. I cut the cables that disabled the keyless entry from working while the key was in. Fast forward, i lost my keys, and a friend was kind enough to give me a spare FOB he had. Problem is, i am unable to program the remote because of the previously cut cables ( i was inexpeirenced and cut the cables way too short)
all in all, i cant program the keyless and im stuck using my key to open the door, and was curious if i would need to buy a new hardness, OR if someone could instruct me how the hell the remove the short bit that still in the keyless module and how to replug the remaining cable in. Im not too savy with electronics, so i wanted to post it here before i commited to somthing.
thanks in advance.

Undo the connector and pull the pins out, and extend the wires then re install the pins

U need a small needle type thing, pop the connector lock open should be white, then u need to insert the needle and unclip the pin from the connector, it's a bitch so be patient!!!!!!
