HI Simon,
Should be able to help.
Need to know what the 10-32 X 1 Screws are. Socket Countersunk/Phillps Pan etc.
The #10 X 1.1/2 sound like normal Pozi Countersunk Self Tapping screwshttp://www.pts-uk.co..._A2/A7982101500
Best regards
Andy

The sheet metal screws are screwing into the plastic inserts in the door, so there's nothing high-tech
about them, just generic sheet metal screws; countersunk heads are a good idea in case the speaker frame
covers them.
The important thing with the machine screws is that they match the threaded inserts - #10-32 is what he
used for both, but you could use something different as long as they are reasonably comparably sized.
These should NOT be countersunk, but beyond that use whatever your preference for screwing them in -
Phillips/Pozi are usually the easiest to work with IMO. FYI Pozi looks similar to Phillips, but the
screwdriver is subtly different. If you don't have a Pozi screwdriver, try to get Phillips screws.
Finally, you'll need four sheet metal screws to hold each bracket to the door, and however many machine screws
and threaded inserts for the mounting holes in the speaker, which from the pictures also looks like four
per speaker.
By the way, machine screws and threaded inserts are an elegant solution, but frankly you could simply
screw the speakers to the brackets with wood screws.
