Thanks again guys. I knew what I had in mind when I got the sub. I will wire each coil to each channel....2 channels at 150RMS a piece..and the subs RMS is 300W, I dont think It can get any better. Am i right on this one......???

ok, i think we've all beaten that to death (finally!)

 

while it sounds as moronic as the day is long... i've actually had more than a few self proclaimed car audio 'experts' try to argue that one w/ me...

it really displays a fundamental lack of understanding of speakers, resistance, amps, bridging.... pretty much audio in general.

so, i have very little patience for it now... the sad thing is, some guy who sounded like he knew what he was talking about, told that poor guy that, and he just believed him not knowing any better...
