How to add Alpine KTP-445U to my current setup?
As of now, I have Alpine iDA-X305S and JL Audio C2-650 installed with Modifry Wired DCI + harness. Everything works fine.
I want to add Alpine KTP-445U to my current setup. (I chose KTP-445U instead of KTP-445A because I heard KTP-445A is not bridgeable.)
KTP-445U must be powered through YELLOW wire. Manual states that I need to either connect YELLOW wire directly to car battery positive side, or factory radio circuit.
I want to connect the unit to factory radio circuit since it is already fused. Where exactly I am connecting this YELLOW wire?
Also, I need to connect KTP-445U with my speakers. C2-650 comes with crossovers that power woofers and tweeters on each side.
I understand that I have to connect KTP-445U to C2-650's crossovers, but is it necessary to wire KTP-445U directly to the crossover terminals? Or it is okay to splice wires that are connected to the crossover terminals?
I tried my best to search this topic on the forum but I came up with nothing.

Perhaps nobody is answering because they are not sure how to answer such simple questions. If all you did was plug in the KTP like the instructions show then it would work. The yellow wire would be connected to the factory radio power circuit, which is fused at 15 amps. The KTP would be powering the speakers through the crossover just like they are now. The only difference is it would not be bridged. I suggest you wire it this way to start with, verify it works, then re-wire the amp speaker outputs for bridged mode.
Your question about whether it's necessary to wire the KTP directly to the crossover terminals or if it is okay to splice wires indicates you don't have much experience with wiring or basic electricity. It would be like asking a mechanic if it's OK to loosen a bolt using your left hand instead of your right - as long as you turn the wrench the correct direction it doesn't matter. Same answer - as long as you wire it correctly it doesn't matter.

I understand which speaker wire goes where. I understand where to connect my ground wire. People say "just connect it to factory radio power circuit," but I have no idea where that thing is. So I tried to find a factory radio wiring diagram for S2000, but was not able to find one. I learned that you're a busy person and you do not give installing instructions after I sent you an email questioning about your harness. You were, though, kind enough to answer my silly question anyway and now I figured that part out. I was still unclear about the power wire. But I did not want to bother you again, so I posted a question here instead.
The question that if I had to connect the amp directly to the crossovers or it is okay to splice the wires that goes to the crossovers, I recently found out that the same question was actually asked here before. (And apparently that person's knowledge about basic electricity was not questioned that time.) I did not edit my post because I wanted to hear a second opinion. Maybe I should've been clear about that.
I appreciate that you took your time again to answer my question. But I am not very grateful about your judgement of me being not knowledgeable about basic electricity and your expression about asking a mechanic which hand to use to loosen a bolt in comparison. In fact, I am in my third year studying aviation maintenance and taking transport category aircraft electronics course right now. I am very close to get an FAA license to be able to work on airframe. (And powerplant by end of this year.)
Perhaps I am overreacting, but I take pride in what I am doing. I felt humiliated when I saw your reply. I don't know how much you know about avionics, but I won't judge you if you did not know much about how Kingair 90's generator system works.
Again, I know that you just wanted to help me and I thank you for that, but I think the way you were answering my question was a bit disrespectful.
I am just not used to work on cars. That's all.
hey man ive done some research on the KTP amp, ive been wanting to get it for a while, just havnt gotten around to it yet
here is a s2000 wiring chart it might help you out a bit

I appreciate your help though.
give us an update when its all working!
im looking to add one of these to the stock head unit....which harness did you go with?
i would need 2 harness' one male the other female for a stock s2000, but i keep reading reviews saying the harness are like a one size fits all for honda and are usually missing some wires for the s2000 dash controls
