Hey guys, So winter is here and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how to re-wire the stock keyless entry to work while the car is running?

I wanted to do this so that I can crank my car on the cold morning and lock the doors, then unlock them when I come back to the car via Keyless.

As you may have noticed, the keyless is disabled when the car is ON.

i forget which wire to disconnect but its just one wire. i did this to mine so that i can open my trunk without going to the glove, just push the button. its in the same area as the wire that needs to be disconnected to lower the top while driving.

 

Darn, If you figure that out let me know. I figured thats all it was (And ignition sensor wire for the keyless)

Or maybe a wiring Diagram for the keyless?

Just noticed that keyless wont work if the key is in the ignition at all (Car running or not)
