OK.... here is my final diagnosis... Turn your stereo down, between the rap and the compression of the sat signal you have probably fried the paper cone speakers in the door.

 

Well, there is part of the problem right there.......

Also.... what bass in the stock speakers are you talking about? If you were trying to get bass out of a stock HU (unless its an 04/05) and stock speakers.......................................... ......................... you've blown them.

yes it is a fm modulator, and kanye is an idiot. the only reason i used rap is because that is where it is the most, it's not as bad listening to system or the deftones. so the lows are stronger through the modulator than the regular radio? i don't think there busted because it doesn't happen using the regular radio. but i could be wrong, it has happened before. i do need to upgrade the speakers anyway, i just hope it works. thanks for all of the advice, i do understand how hard it is to fix something without never seeing/ hearing it..

 

Which Sirius unit do you have? Sirius units have weak FM mods and do not transmit in stereo. Get an Aux in, but chances are you might still get engine noise.
