The Basslink will take more "usable" trunkspace than filling the toolwell.
I think the toolwell is more useful for cargo than a subwoofer. I can fit a full size rolling duffle (squeezing) and mountain bike wheels/tires (vertical), but not at the same time
Since the basslink can be moved left/right/toolwell horizontal or vertical, the cargo capabilities are much better.
Here is the only place I could fit it well... The spare tire section is definatly out, and it really wont fit on either side of the trunk...
I now have the amp mounted in the spare tire compartment, and all the wiring cleaned up, no wires are visable
I just used the feet it comes with and mounted it with some small screws to the tool cover, so the tools are still available (not like this in the picture).

Thanx for the pics!! That's about what I had for an idea, but I may just pull the tools out and put them with the spare, so the Sub sits a little deeper. Just need to figure out how I'm going to attach
It finally came in today!! Just installed the 4sc module, very simple to do. Here's some pics. I'll post some of the install as I go along, it may be a while as I leave in a few days for vacation.
Yipee!!! FINALLY, it is in!! Sounds awesome!! Need to tweek it some more, but man what a great sound. I did get the top of the BasslinkII to fit about 2 inches below the top of the tool well (took the tools out and put them in the spare tire). Can actual still fit small stuff around the sub in the tool well, and still have the full length of the trunk to use for the golf bag. Thanx to all for your help. Without this site, I don't know if I could of done this install myself.
