I will be installing a new headunit(Sony CDX-MP30) paired up with the Kenwood KFC-P603's that are supposed to fit easily in to s2000.

I plan on doing the installation this weekend and have two questions-
1. I have a 2000 s2k and will need to mount the tweeters in the door. Has anyone had problems with drilling in the door panels...should I flush mount them or have them stick out a little (less drilling). Lessons learned?

2. Does anyone have a preferred mounting place on the door for the crossover?
