Default INstalled A New Cd Player

Yes I put in a Pioneer Cd PLayer With XM so I could use XM and I cannot figure out how to get the cd player to stay in place it didnt seem like the brackets it came with worked so I have to have the radio door shut in order to keep the cd player from flying out when I shift.

Also does anyone have anything to get my audio controlls to work?

Another thing could somone tell me how to get my trim around the guage cluster to come out. I am trying to mount m UEGO where the "Audio Controlls" are. and I dont want to break it.

THanx In advance

Eric

I believe you use the stock side connectors that were on the factory bracket on the aftermarket headunit so it mounts into place.

Yes, I lack the technical name, I'm sure someone else will jump in quickly with more details.

yes, pull off the OEM brackets, then mount them to your aftermarket HU. they may need slight modification, but it's generally minimal.
then use those to screw it back into place.
