Obvioulsy I have Lucid's instructions, just wanted to know if there are any "heads-up" things to be aware of.

It is very easy to do. You should not have any problems. Be neat. Also, I found that when you install the HU with the DCI the best place to put it is on the right side of the HU. I was able to slip it behind the compartment and bring it back around so that it sits behind the small panel on the side. This prevents it from being crushed and also leaves more room for ventilation.
