JL Audio 10w3v3
after lots of reading and researching, I have decided on 1 JL Audio 10w3v3 in a zenclosures toolwell box. not sure which one to order though between the 2ohm and 4ohm versions. which one is everyone using?
also, i'd like to also power it with a JL Audio amp, but have no clue which is the right one. search doesnt provide many specific details.
forgive my ignorance on the subject and Thanks in advance.

Useful guidance on the JL website: http://www.jlaudio.co.uk/10w3v3-4-ca...-drivers-92151
Clicking the specifications tab suggests a power output of 250W, so one of JL's 300/1 amps (HX, XDv2, will do nicely). If budget is tight, then the JX250/1 will do the job.

Many amps produce more power (watts) with a lower impedance (ohms) speaker, though at some point the impedance
is too low for the amp. If you have an amp only rated down to 4-ohms, then you definitely want a 4-ohm sub.
Most multi-channel amps when bridged (combining two channels into one) are only stable down to 4 ohms; many
single-channel amps are stable to 2 ohms. Some amps produce the same power into 2 and 4 ohms, so you'd get
no power advantage with the lower impedance sub. HTH

I just got a v3 last week. This sub is by far the best bang for buck.
90% of users will need the 2 ohm version. Its rare to buy the 4 ohm.
As far as the amp goes, i already had a 750/4 thst im using but if i were to need to buy one, i would go with the JL 500/1
