I have an '04 with the headrest speakers. Does anybody replace them? If so, with what? I can't seem to find any info on aftermarket ones or technical info about these.

Do most people keep these?? Even with an aftermarket stereo? Or amp?

I've left mine running from the HU and have amped my door components.

I too looked into replacing them but couldn't really find any helpful info.

I guess I could take them apart and see what aftermarket speakers will fit...but will it really make that much difference? I can't amp them as my rear channels are bridged for my sub.
