Kinetic Autosports - Let down, big time
Good news to hear! My thing with him is just an amp. No custom work.. and he still can't ship it out? I got an email about a month ago saying "invoice canceled" but haven't seen any sort of refund since then. By the way.. I ordered the amp in April I believe.

espelirS2K - I would recommend calling John personally on your issue. He might not know he owes you anything if you got an "invoice cancelled" notice. Might have been computer error. He will work with you if your claim is legit, just keep trying him and he will eventually pickup (but dont piss him off by calling too much.... its a thin line). As far as shipping between now and monday, probably not, as he is still in Maine. I thought he drop-ships from his suppliers, instead of actually keeping stock himself, but I am not sure. I would make sure the two of you are on the same page regarding the status of your transaction first off....

Last I checked we were.. but I haven't heard from him personally in over 2 months.. I've even tried to call him about it. The thing is that I totaled my car a couple months ago, and I don't need the amp anymore. I don't mind keeping it and re-selling it.. but he won't even ship it to me.. let alone refund. I'll keep on trying to call but so far I haven't been able to get through

Honestly, this is why Im trying to help here, and not rip John (DKnight) a new a$$hole. Normally, I would completely demolish a sponsor for this kind of behavior, but since I know John, and KNOW he means well, I am not flipping out. Now, dont get me wrong, I am on your side. I guess I am not quite as pissed off at John since eD owes me about $1k in warranty replacements that I have not seen and another boutique speaker company owes me about $2k in warranty subs.
I hope John (DK) gets his $hit sorted and gets this resolved in depeche mode.
