If you used a credit card through paypal, you can call your credit card company and file a chargeback to get your money back.

Just letting everyone know that I spoke with John this afternoon. He has been out of town for the past 2 weeks on business. He updated me that he is working this weekend on everyone's stuff, and it will be out early next week sometime (if not this weekend). He is going to call me when he has my shipping number. My parts were done, but when he put them on the drying rack when he left for his business trip, they fell off when he left, so he still has to repaint them.

Just letting everyone know that he is back in town. He did not return my call, but I caught him on his cell (I think he has too many voicemails to just return them all). I would think he would update this thread sometime tonight or tomorrow.

No worries guys...

I hope John gets all this sorted out and back to business. I am sure it will take some time to build up consumer confidence, pretty sure he can make it happen.

I think if we don't have any updates by Wednesday night I might just try to get the credit card company to reverse the charges...

Sucks cuz I really want what I ordered, but I don't know if the waiting will ever end...

Hopefully we will have some tracking numbers or something this time...

Dave-

I spoke with John again today (only regarding my parts, though). He was sent to Maine this week on work. He said that mine were completed, and were at his house on the drying rack. He said they would ship out monday, as he will not be back until this weekend sometime. He said he would call me / email me with the tracking information as soon as it went out.

The way it sounded to me was like all the things were complete, he is just out of town and not able to get to the UPS store with them yet. He is REALLY looking forward to getting this crap out the door and out of his hair.

It took me calling twice today, but I did get through to him. He is a tough guy to get ahold of! I have found between 12 noon and 4pm to be the best window to try and grab him. I have yet to have him pick up with any off-work hour calls.
