Update: I spoke with John this morning via telephone and text message. My parts are done and are shipping out today. He sent me pics via text message of the completed parts... well worth the wait. I asked him how his schedule was looking (interested in another molding job when things calm down), and he said he still has to complete 4 more orders before he is completely done with old stuff.
At least it sounds like he is making headway. Anyone interested should text or call him to see where their order stands, as I did not specifically inquire about anyone.
