I don't know John, but if my life went to shit I would at least temporarily stopped caring about anything, including sub boxes.

I'd be really pissed too if i had purchased one and received no response. I can understand both sides. Although I'd be really pissed, if I placed myself in his shoes, I would understand and just wait.

 

My attempts to contact John thus far have failed to get results. I can leave voicemail and emails but he is not picking up. I don't know what the issue is at this point, I know less than most of you at this point.

His sponsorship and account have been suspended although he can still send PMs. This is a very distressing situation. John, if you are reading this, please call the people who you owe money and work out a plan for repayment. This situation will only worsen unless you do so and multiply whatever personal issues you are suffering many times over.

 

Actually, taking up the ass from your cellmate is a lot worse and that is where we are headed with this if something isn't done and quick.

 

Erick - I dont think John would every face any criminal charges for this. There would have to be an intent to defraud for any criminal charges to take place. Anyone know if Kinetic is incorporated? If so, everyone is just that much more screwed... This is a civil matter, and I think the worst case scenario that is going to happen to him (unfortunately for everyone else) is the court will order restitution payments, but that could take a while.

I went through it a few years ago with someone else.... I was cheated out of $500, and it took them 4 years of paying a little over $10 a month to "repay" me. Not really an effective remedy, but it is probably what will be done if any suits are filed.... just FYI for those on here, the court costs and everything else might not even be worth it. It depends on the state's law on who pays court fees (sometimes the loser has to pay them all, and sometimes they are not responsible for any).
