Default Led sidemarker replacement, hyperblink?

I have searched but have not found the answer to my question. If I replace the sidemarker lights with leds, will I have to use a resistor to combat hyperblink? Will it effect the other turn signal bulbs since these are the only turn signals that I am replacing with leds?

i have led side markers and they were just plug in and go. No resistor crap or anything. Its the same as a light bulb, no other issues. It looks nicer than the bulb too.

Thank you for the response. I am getting clear sides and thought it would look good as well. I am not planning on messing with the front or rear blinkers so it is good to know that I won't have to mess with the resistors. Thanks again for the help.

One more question: it seems that the top portion of the bulb points away from the car in the sidemarker, correct? I wanted to make sure that I didn't need to find a side firing led, which I would need to if the bulb were laying on its side in the sidemarker as opposed to sitting straight up in it.

Anyone have the model number of the LED side marker? The one closes to the door. It says 168, but I've noticed people also use the same number for the bulb in the headlight housing. I haven't looked at either of these bulbs in over a year, but I don't remember them being the same, but I can't remember them being different. Are they the same model?

While ordering my dome lights, I came acros http://autolumination.com/194.htm but it says the only selectable sizes are 194, not 168, but it list 168 as compatible. Is that true? and does anyone have any recommendation from the bulbs on that site?

TIA.

The front and side bulbs are the same and the 194 should work fine.
