I was helping a friend install a new head unit into a eclipse and for some reason the antenna wire is too short to plug into the back of the head unit(unless u had some really small hands). We tried tracing the wire back to see if it is caught but it doesnt look like it is. Is there any way of lengthening this wire so fm will work?

 

most stereo shops will sell 6 inch to one foot extensions for a few bucks.
