Hey guys, I made a new account on here, after forgetting my old one and the password and email, yadda yadda. Does any one know how to disable those little orange lights that are on when you turn on the headlights ( 2007 AP2)? They are a nuisance to me, I guess pulling the fender liner back? I noticed some orange plastic clips, with wiring newar the headlights, perhaps clipping one of those? Any info is appreciated, thanks.

 

Just take the bulbs out. IIRC, the AP2s have a separate front parking light and blinker light within the housing. To get to the bulbs, you'll need to turn the wheels and pull back part of the fenderwell liner. The owner's manual should have the details.

The little orange takes away from the Xenons...I had a friend do it, and it looked quite clean...I don't see a point in having random orange lights, that come one only when i turn on the headlights...

 

In Japan, they are white, fyi. The look pretty good. Some people "clear" their headlights by taking the assembly apart and removing the orange filters.

 

I replaced mines with LED bulbs.



They look more clean, and they also match my 6000k HIDs, but I still needa clear/smoke the orange reflectors inside to complete the look.
