Default Look what Alphasonik sent me!

I know that's not what you were expecting, however, I figured I'd share. Actually, I wanted to share a great experience with Alphasonik. We always bash when we get bad customer service, but very seldom do we praise when we get very good service.

I was taking my Alphasonik PSW 810 out of it's enclosure to rewire it for my Soundstream Rubicon 500.1 amp. While I was unscrewing the sub from the enclosure I broke the outer ring on the sub. No big deal as it did no damage to the sub itself. More of a aesthetic issue than a sound quality issue. So, I figure I'll give Alphasonik a call. Order the outer ring and pay for the part and fix it. I called Alphasonik and get a guy named Dan on the phone. I explain that due to my own fault I broke the ring, and would like to order a new one. He tells me to wait a minute and he will check to see if they have one. After a couple minute he comes back on the phone, and tells me they have one and they will not charge me for it since I was honest about how it was broke. So, I give him my FedEx account number to cover the shipping costs. So, what shows up at work today? The new ring along with this shirt! Wow, that was pretty impressive service.

So, if anyone is considering Alphasonik I would highly recommend there sub product. Not only because of the service, but also their 800 series subs are great!

Glad to hear it! Ive had nothing but great experience with their customer service.

Jim...im sending your bolts out as soon as possible (monday) I left them in my garage, and had a ton of work this week, so I was unable to get them.

Dammit, I want a TShirt.

Also, how come you are switching amps??? The Rubicon isnt as powerful as the Alpha amp....something happened?

One more thing, I forgot to tell you.....inside the box are 6 exposed screw points from the terminal. Be very careful when you are in the box so you dont stab/cut yourself.
