Default Mounting AMP over Gas Tank

Getting ready to put the system in - settled on a JL 300/4, Alping 9855, Polk Momos and JL Stealth Box for sub mounting. I've tried to find some pics without much luck - but does anyone have pics of this (or similar sized) mounted over the gas-tank? Trying to keep the install as stealth as possible without pulling spare tire.

dbzerk - for the gas-tank wiring harness coming up in the middle, any issues with heat on those wires? I assume you just put the amp over the top and bent them out of the way, but wanted to make sure no issues with those wires as the amp heated up. Thanks for the pics - and nice install - I think I'll modify your braket with a brace between the two straps to prevent any twist/rotation.

dbzerk, very nice sub install! I love the stealth look. How much power are you running to the sub?

so is there a gap on the other side (left side) of the spare tire?
I always thought the convertable motor was there?
