Default Never installed Speakers before.. Need some help..

Ok.. I got and 03 S2000 and just got some 6.5 Boston pros... Need some help on how to install..

1: Where should I put the crossovers?

2: Any recommendations?

3: Do anyone know of some problems that I will come across in the install?

JB,

There's a great cubby hole in the door panel itself. It will take a fairly large X over.

Do you have all the parts you need to finish the project in hand? as well as the tools to do the job...ie: clip popper, wire stripers, etc..etc.. You should have 2 woofers, 2 tweeters, 2 crossovers, at least 8 wire connectors, the mounting hardware....

I elected to keep my crossovers in the spare tire compartment, mounted next to the amp. That means you have to run 2 sets of speaker wire into each door, but helps protect the crossovers from the water & elements they can be exposed to inside the doors.

Run 1 four conductor cable and back it out to each speaker.... saves time and the hassle.

What sould I use to hold the X-Overs in the Doors.. I was thinking Velcro..

Also.. They defintally wont fit the basket so I'm just going to use the mounting spacer included and drill into my door..

Plus.. ..

I have heard talk of a generic Honda Speaker Adapter Harness?? Can I get this at my dealership??
