Default New H/U and no.....

AM radio? I checked the antennae and it's screwed in all the way on the rear and pushed in all the way in the rear of the H/U. WTF is going on here? Any ideas?

yeah, it's almost always because the power antenna wire isn't hooked
up - the antenna is amplified.

FM comes in ok. I think he meant that the antennae on the new HU needs power b/c it's amplified....i'm not sure

the little stub antenna on the s2000 has an amplifier which needs power.
if you used an adaptor harness that plugs into the factory radio harness
in the car, the wire is most likely blue, and either needs to be attached to
the power antenna wire from your new headunit (if it has one, which
most do) or another power source. some installers look at the antenna,
see that it doesn't go up and down, and assume they don't need to connect
the wire (which is wrong).
